We use Siemens UGS Tecnomatix Unicam software for CAD translation of your PCB design for:

  • The programming of our Pick & Place equipment;
  • The programming of our AOI Automated Optical Inspection equipment;
  • The generation of inspection documentation used in our ViewStation Inspection stations;
  • Work and assembly instructions.

This not only ensures we get the job done exactly to your design specifications, but also provides us a fast, accurate and inexpensive means for converting your BOM and design into a program that is ready to run. To ensure accuracy and repeatability, we include photos and color descriptions of each manufacturing step to better ensure the job is done right the first time.

This includes color coded part numbering block diagrams corresponding to the appropriate color coded component location as shown on the assembly diagrams along with all necessary part characteristics such as polarity marks and component shape outlines.
