We maintain a rigorous 1st Piece inspection system where each step of the assembly process is verified for completion and accuracy by a certified inspector prior to continuing production.

This ensures your product is 100% perfect throughout the manufacturing process.

AQL is utilized for determining the frequency of the in process inspection so more than just the first assembly is audited.

This provides us immediate feedback in case any issues arise during manufacturing.

Our technical service team can then be engaged to review documentation, component information or address manufacturing difficulties and contact the appropriate source to resolve any issues.

The customer is immediately informed when there is any discrepancy to minimize any lost time and ensure all decisions are correct and communicated.


FINAL INSPECTION


Final inspection is always 100%. We utilize both manual visual inspection using 40x magnification and Automatic Optical Inspection using a Viscom SO3088 AOI.

AOI provides 100% component and solder joint inspection utilizing 8 high resolution cameras.

With advanced lighting, optics, and image processing capabilities, AOI greatly enhances inspection repeatability, accuracy and throughput.
